NANO THE ONE GLASS WINE BOTTLE
Sileni have introduced Nano, a range of single serve wines in a plastic mini-bottle with a clip-on glass also in plastic. Sileni wanted an alternative to usual 750ml glass bottle, enabling more convenience, while maintaining the quality of the wine. Working with a French company, Paul Sapin, they designed a 187ml fully recyclable screw cap plastic bottle that protects the wine from sunlight and oxygen and has a two-year shelf life. The first Nano wines, from the Sileni Selection range were a Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and a Hawke's Bay Pinot Noir. A French Grenache rose is also available and all retail in NZ for $5 a bottle.
