Am I Better To Order On My Own Or Combine With Others?
This is more a question relating to orders placed by organisations such as diplomatic missions and corporates. When individual orders are combined, freight costs are often lower as is the risk of loss in shipping. While we will issue a consolidated invoice for such shipments, we can supply individual invoices where requested.
Do You Ship by Air?
Yes, but as airfreight rates are high in comparison with sea freight rates, we only recommend using airlines where the order is small (less than 10 cartons) or the order is needed urgently.
Do You Supply Wines From Various Countries?
No, we specialise New Zealand wines only.
How Can I Determine What Air Freighting My Order Costs?
Yes, our freight cost calculator is based on sea freight. E-mail or fax us and we will provide an airfreight cost for getting your order to you.
What Should I Do If I Have Special Shipping Requirements?
