I Chose "Send me a HTML confirmation" In Billing Information With My Order - But No E-mail Arrived. What Happened?
The most likely problem is that the mail server (eg Microsoft Exchange) that hosts your email address has been configured not to accept HTML email as a security precaution [virus prevention generally]. This is not uncommon for government departments and large corporates. Depending on the configuration you may receive notification that the email was held up, or that some other "error" occurred. If this is the case, contact your IT Systems Administrator and explain the situation and ask them to release that particular piece of mail. For reference purposes you should tell them it is from "orders@growbiz.co.nz" and that it is an automated HTML confirmation of an order. We provide a HTML email OPTION as a courtesy to our valued clients but unfortunately we cannot be responsible for the configuration of receiving mail servers. If you are in doubt, leave this option unchecked - you will still be presented with the complete order in a new window at the end of the ordering process. We suggest you print this for your records instead.
Can I Order In Bottle Lots or Mixed Cartons?
To maintain an efficient and competitively priced service we only supply in carton lots. We do not ship mixed cartons. Unless specified all cartons contain 12 bottles.
Do All Bottles Come In The Normal 750ml Size?
No, not all come in that size. The main exception is the dessert or "stickie" wines which are normally in 375ml bottles.
Do I Have To Use The On-line Ordering System?
No, if you feel more comfortable e-mailing or faxing an order to us please go ahead.
Do You Have A Minimum Order Condition?
There is no minimum order requirement. However, with shipping by sea, shipping companies normally levy a minimum charge equal to the rate for 1 cubic metre, which is approximately 30 cartons of wine. This minimum cost is incurred for orders from 1 to 30 cartons. There is no such restriction with airfreight, but airfreight costs are more expensive than sea freight.
How do I use the Portfolio ordering system?
Each item in the Portfolio has associated order button, and a corresponding field in which to enter quantity of cartons. You simply enter the number of cartons you require and click the order button. This is the same for Featured Portfolio Items or items you have located using the search engine.
When using the search engine you will notice that the items you order are written to a column on the left of the search returns. Once you have added the items you want to order, click on the "Proceed with Order" button to finalise your order details. If you want to clear all ordered items from your current order, you can click on "Clear Order".
Once you have click through to the current order screen, you can choose to amend or confirm your order. To amend simply delete the existing number of cartons and type the new value. If you wish to delete the item entirely just type a "0" in the text field. If you are unsure of the value of the NZ dollar against your local currency, we have supplied a link to a good currency converter.
Before you choose "Proceed with Order" you must choose a region, so that we can provide an estimated freight cost for you. We have provided this estimate as a guide only, please bear in mind that freight costs are finalised at time of shipment so it may vary slightly depending on currency rates and other factors.
Once you have choosen a region, click "Proceed with Order". This will take you to the "Billing Information" page where you complete your details prior to shipping. Once you have filled in the required details, click on "Proceed with Order". You will then see a confirmation screen of your order placement with the order number. You will also receive a confirmation HTML email for your records.
